*I apologize for the lengthy details but I think it is best to give you as much information as possible so that are no surprises regarding your purchase or the ordering process.
Payment:
I accept PayPal, Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
Orders within North Carolina are subject to a 6.75% sales tax.
Shipping:
Items in stock will ship within 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and shipment details by email.

Custom Neckpieces, Brooches, Bracelets, Rings, Sculpture and Earrings may take 1 to 6 weeks to create, depending on complexity. Please allow extra time for these items. I will notify you by email if items are not in stock and approximately how long it will be before shipment.
*I offer free standard shipping for orders $100.00 USD and above within the United States for earring jewellry only.
*Standard Shipping will be by UPS and USPS for the most economical cost.
*If you need quicker delivery time at extra cost, I can ship via FedEx or UPS overnight
Delivery of domestic orders generally take 3 to 5 business days.
UPS offers tracking numbers to find where your package is in the system.
USPS offers a delivery confirmation number, but not an actual tracking number.
While the number can give you a general idea of where your package may be, it does not always reflect its actual current location.
*I have no control over lost or stolen shipments. I am not able to replace or reship items that are not insured. Insurance is available at time of purchase.
*I strive to ship the same day of your purchase if possible. I will use the billing address as the “ship to” address unless you provide an alternative “ship to” address.
*Any packages returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at cost to purchaser.
(International Orders)
International orders generally deliver 10 to 15 business days.
I am not responsible for custom delays, lost or stolen packages.
International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment.
*If you want a tracking ID the item will need to ship by FedEx or UPS. Please send a Request before you purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Backorders:
If a backorder item takes longer than 2 weeks, I will gladly issue a refund if requested. Either way I will work hard to get your art piece as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges:
Custom Pieces cannot be exchanged or refunded. Stock items can be returned within 14 days of shipment for store credit only.
Incorrect or Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect item and / or damaged item, please notify me within 3 days of receipt so I can arrange to have the correct item shipped to and / or fix any damaged purchases.
